When you make a request by email or fax, please allow at least 48 hours for a confirmation.
For all reservations we require full names, contact information, deposit
by credit card (Mastercard, VISA & American Express) for one night's rate, number in your
party and the dates of your arrival and departure.
Don't forget too, that member rates are available for students, YWCA of Banff or Calgary members and Hostelling International Members.
