If you have a group of 10 or more people, you are eligible for our Group Rates! These discounted rates are quoted as non-commissionable, in Canadian Funds and are not subject to GST, Hotel Tax or TIFF. Group rates are available to all age groups.
Private Room rates are based on one or two adults per room. In the case of an additional person, an extra charge of $20 per person per night will be applicable.
Group rates include accommodation only. However we would be pleased to arrange meal plans through our restaurant, the Sundance Bistro at your convenience.
Reservation & Cancellation Policies
A 25% deposit is required 60 days prior to arrival in order to guarantee your booking. The balance is due 10 days prior to arrival plus a $50 key deposit. Written notice of cancellation must be received 30 days or more prior to arrival. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival are subject to administration fee of up to 100% of total deposit paid. All youth groups must pay $250 damage deposit, which will be refunded once Housekeeping has inspected the rooms to confirm that no damages were incurred.
