Director of Finance
Duties:
As the senior finance person within this growing organization, the Director of Finance is responsible for all accounting and finance functions. Overseeing the preparation of monthly financial statements, development of annual budgets, cash flow and variance analysis, information technology support, policy development, and year end audit preparation.
Requirements:
We require an effective communicator who can work collaboratively with all departments of the organization and demonstrate flexibility in priorities. This poistion participates in all Senior Management decision making processes and organizational development initatives. We are seeking a dynamic future directed individual who is confortable in managing and implementing change, and who is mindful of supporting the efforts of the organization in its delivery of community programs and services. Non-profit experience an asset. Reports directly to the Executive Director. The successful candidate must have successful completion of or actively working towards a CMA, CA or CGA designation.
Salary: This position is 30 hour / week. Annual salary range of $49,000 to $54,600 with benefits.

Front Office Manager
Duties:
The YWCA of Banff requires an experienced Front Office Manager to manage the daily activities of the front desk for the organization. This position recruits, trains and supervises the front desk, reservations and security staff. They develop front desk systems and procedures, manage room inventory, report on financial and occupancy variances, process billings.
Requirements:
Demonstrated progressive front desk management experience. Excellent communicator with good attention to detail and a leader in customer service. They must be able to manage a dynamic and diverse team in a busy environment using good judgment to prioritize tasks. They work as part of the operations team making decisions for all departments. Room master experience and sound working knowledge of windows and outlook is an asset. Sense of humor is definitely required!
Salary: Full Time Position (37.5 hrs per week). Starting salary range $34,347 - $37,781. Excellent Benefits Package.

Servers
Duties:
* Serve guests in a 40 seat restaurant.
* Serve for catering functions on our premises (meetings, special events, group services)
* Some lifting required
Requirements:
We are seeking Servers with the following skills:
* Must speak and write English.
* Must be able to work independently
* Good customer service and knowledge are a must
* Previous cash handling experience is an assset
* Good work ethic, self-starter, organized.
* Eager to work in a small team environment.
* References & RCMP check mandatory.
Salary: This position is permanent, full-time and available immediately. Shift work and weekends are required. Staff accommodations and meals are available and provided on-site.
Rate of pay: $8.00/hour plus gratuities
