We enjoy what we do at the YWCA of Banff. It’s a special place to work. Our mission is to empower women, girls and our community through leadership development, advocacy and the provision of relevant programming and services.

The Banff YWCA operates a small hotel with a café, and provides meeting space for groups, weddings and functions. The revenues from this business are reinvested to support the community programs and services we offer, as well as provide affordable housing for Banff residents.

Roles within our organization are very varied. Some of our jobs look like positions at other hotel facilities in the Bow Valley, but our goal is to improve the lives of others. The benefits of working here include not only the great scenery, but being part of a close-knit, supportive, fun community of international and widely skilled staff.
