Our meeting rooms are regularly booked by friends and family celebrating special occasions, government agencies, businesses looking to have productive meetings away from the hustle of their main office, schools, youth groups and teachers of exercise and relaxation classes.

The Training Centre

* 900 square feet * Seats 30 people classroom style or * 60 people theatre style * Suitable for Special Occassions, Presentations, Seminars, Conferences and Exercise Classes With a fantastic setting and great facilities, this is an excellently priced venue for any group gathering. The Training Centre features a media wall, auxilliary kitchen, surround sound audio system, bathroom, and outdoor deck. Easy access to walking trails and views of the Bow River compliment the building's natural setting.

The Great Room

The Great Room is a peaceful, beautifully decorated space for the most discriminating of tastes.

The large windows provide views of the timeless Canadian Rockies.

Easy access to the Bow River pathways and downtown Banff is available right outside our front door. Ample parking, as well as wheel-chair access, make this the intimate setting for your next special function or presentation.

The Board Room

* 280 square feet * Capacity: 14 people * Suitable for small meetings

The Board Room features large glass walls and is centrally located in the main area of the building.

The room is set-up with a dividable conference table, chairs and is conveniently located on the main floor of the lodge with easy access to our Sundance Bistro.
